TIKTAALIK is a curved, planted-terrace tower by GG-loop, the studio behind our Narea and Seastra projects, set just back from the beach at Qerret on the Kavajë coast. It rises from four to thirteen floors over two underground parking levels, its terraces stepped and greened so the balconies double as gardens. The form is unmistakable on the Qerret skyline.
Inside are 1+1 homes of roughly 60 to 72 m². Prices start at €1,500 per m² on floors 0 to 6 and move to €1,700 to €1,750 per m² higher up, so a home can begin near €90,000.
