Alb-Sun Residence is a full block at Golem on the Kavajë coast: three residential buildings, A, B and C, set with a hotel wing around a courtyard that holds the pool and sun terrace. The elevations mix a warm brick-toned frame on the street side with white, stepped and planted terraces facing the courtyard, and shops run along the ground floor so the complex works as a small neighbourhood rather than a single tower.
The mix is broad for a coastal build. Studios start at about 35 m², one-bedroom 1+1 homes run from roughly 47 to 66 m², and 2+1 apartments reach 89 m², spread over six upper floors to a top height of +24.68 m.
