Alb-Sun Residence is a full block at Golem on the Kavajë coast, 350 metres from the beach: three residential buildings, A, B and C, set with a 116-room hotel wing around a courtyard that holds the pool and sun terrace. The elevations mix a warm brick-toned frame on the street side with white, stepped and planted terraces facing the courtyard, and shops run along the ground floor so the complex works as a small neighbourhood rather than a single tower.
The mix is broad for a coastal build. Studios start at about 35 m², one-bedroom 1+1 homes run from roughly 47 to 66 m², and 2+1 apartments reach 89 m², spread over six upper floors to a top height of +24.68 m, with a number of units facing the sea. The build is a ventilated façade with thermal and acoustic insulation, wide glazed openings and deep balconies, and sales plans exist for every unit in the three buildings, so a specific floor, aspect and layout can be picked rather than a type.
