Loger Paradise Residence sits 300 metres back from the sea at Golem, designed by zabaj architects for developer Loger shpk and permitted by the municipality of Kavajë. The elevation is finished in a warm sand-toned render and cut with angled, faceted window bays, and planted boxes step across the balconies so the greenery reads as a continuous band rather than a row of pots. The street level is glazed and set back under the mass of the building for shops and a lobby, with two underground parking levels below and six residential floors above.
The building holds a broad mix on a single rate. Studios start at 41.2 m² and run to about 54 m², one-bedroom 1+1 homes sit between 64 and 72 m², 2+1 apartments run from about 85 to 105 m², and the largest 3+1 reaches 119.8 m² on a first-floor corner. Everything is priced at €1,150 per m², which puts a studio near €47,300 and a typical 64 m² 1+1 around €73,600, with an underground parking space at €15,000. Sales drawings exist for every apartment on every floor, so a specific floor, corner and layout can be picked rather than a unit type.
