Onda Residence is the showpiece of our current coastal releases: a sculptural white building that steps down its slope in a run of planted terraces, set inside a coastal pine forest a short walk from the Adriatic. The design cascades toward the water rather than standing as a single block, so homes open onto terraces framed by greenery, cascading gardens, pools and water features.
This is one of the first projects we have opened for reservation before the full price list is public, so early buyers get first choice of floor and aspect. Homes start from €1,350 per m², with the complete list and current pricing on request, and the building is available from September 2026. With handover that close, the fixed off-plan rate has limited time left to run before completion.
The forest setting and resort-style landscaping make Onda as much a summer address as an investment. A projected 30% return to the first rental season and a 20% uplift to completion suit a buyer who wants a distinctive second home on the Durrës Riviera that also works in the seasonal rental market.
