Onda Residence is the showpiece of our current coastal releases: a sculptural white building that steps down its slope in a run of planted terraces, set inside a coastal pine forest a short walk from the Adriatic. The design cascades toward the water rather than standing as a single block, so homes open onto terraces framed by greenery, cascading gardens, pools and water features.
This is one of the first projects we have opened for reservation before the full price list is public, so early buyers get first choice of floor and aspect. Homes start from €1,350 per m², with the complete list and current pricing on request. The project is currently delayed while the developer waits on its licences, so a new handover date will follow once they are issued, and a reservation now holds today's rate.
